Don’t love what you bought? We’re happy to accept returns for items with a valid receipt or order number within 30 days of the shipping date.

U.S. Return Policy

We’re happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of the shipping date with a valid receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. If you do not have a valid receipt or if we cannot confirm  your purchase in our system, no refund, credit or courtesy exchange will be issued.
·Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn (this does not include merchandise that is defective).
·Certain merchandise such as fragrance or swimwear may not be eligible for return unless in original condition.
·Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Yosemite Sun LLC Items
Items purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned by mail (see below) or to any Yosemite Sun LLC retail store in the U.S. within 30 days of the ship date.
Returns are not accepted to stores or Yosemite Sun LLC stores outside the U.S. See the “Start a Return” or “Return to a Store” sections below for assistance.

Yosemite Sun LLC Factory Outlet Items
Please note that the Yosemite Sun LLC Factory Outlet does not accept returns of non-Yosemite Sun LLC Factory Outlet items purchased in a Yosemite Sun LLC or Yosemite Sun LLC retail store or online at yosemitesunllc.com.
Items purchased in-store must be returned to any Yosemite Sun LLC store within the United States.

Exchange Policy
At this time, we don’t offer online exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, return it using our Returns process and then place a new order.
International Online Returns
We’re happy to accept returns for items within 60 days of your purchase. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. cannot be returned in stores and must be returned by mail.

4. Review and verify your selections, then submit.
Express Items

Return by UPS Mail

Mail your package back to us.
1. Start a return above. Select Ship via UPS.
2. Print your shipping label. If you are unable to print, take your email to a UPS store for assistance.
3. Package your items. Place your items inside a sturdy box or package and seal it securely. Label all old addresses and barcodes, then affix your return shipping label.
4. Drop off your return. Go to any UPS location. Once shipped, track its progress using the link in your confirmation email. $6.99 will be deducted from your refund as a fee for using the prepaid return label. Some items may be exempt from this deduction.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment and an email will be sent to notify you that we have processed your return – it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Please note that it may take longer for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
If you paid with a Yosemite Sun LLC Gift Card, we will send the e-gift card to the email address provided on the order within 48 hours.
If you wish to return an item using the shipping service of your choice, or if a prepaid return label was not provided, please send your return to the address below. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are not responsible for shipping carrier errors, such as items arriving late outside of our return period or packages being lost.

Return by UPS Access Point

Bring your labeled package to a convenient location and we’ll mail it.

1. Start your return above and select Easy Drop-Off Near Me
2. Print your shipping label. If you are unable to print, please bring your email to a UPS store for assistance
3. Pack up your items. Place your items inside a sturdy box or package and securely seal. Mark out any old addresses and barcodes then apply your return shipping label prior to visiting the UPS Access Point location.
4. Drop off your return at a UPS Access Point or UPS Store. Find one listed here. Operating hours may vary. UPS Access retailer accepts 5-to-7-day ground and air delivery. UPS will pick up packages within 24 hours.*

Track shipment and delivery through UPS. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress. $6.99 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of using the prepaid return label. Certain items may be exempt from this
deduction.
