Return by UPS Mail
Mail your package back to us.
1. Start a return above. Select Ship via UPS.
2. Print your shipping label. If you are unable to print, take your email to a UPS store for assistance.
3. Package your items. Place your items inside a sturdy box or package and seal it securely. Label all old addresses and barcodes, then affix your return shipping label.
4. Drop off your return. Go to any UPS location. Once shipped, track its progress using the link in your confirmation email. $6.99 will be deducted from your refund as a fee for using the prepaid return label. Some items may be exempt from this deduction.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment and an email will be sent to notify you that we have processed your return – it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Please note that it may take longer for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
If you paid with a Yosemite Sun LLC Gift Card, we will send the e-gift card to the email address provided on the order within 48 hours.
If you wish to return an item using the shipping service of your choice, or if a prepaid return label was not provided, please send your return to the address below. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are not responsible for shipping carrier errors, such as items arriving late outside of our return period or packages being lost.
